HMF Forte by Genestra is a moderate level long term maintenance adult probiotic.
Each capsule contains a guaranteed minimum 10 billion CFU (colony forming units) and provides two different strains of Lactobacillus acidophilus as well as Bifidobacterium bifidum andBifidobacterium animalis.
Fructooligosaccharides (FOS) is also included in this formula to specifically assist in re-establishing and maintaining a normal “healthy intestinal flora (good bacteria).
Studies show that an overgrowth of “bad bacteria leads to a lowered immune-system. This is caused by impure water supply, antibiotics, pesticides, processed foods and stress.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
