Great in soups, stews, salads, chili, refried beans, dips, and with all whole grain. Rich in fiber, and a good source of protein, thiamin B1, folate B9, magnesium, and zinc. No salt added. Packed in bisphenol-A (BPA) free can linings since April 1999.
